What's Included in Fishing Charters

• 2 piece weather-proof Mustang marine suits & rubber boots
• Complete care of your catch: filleted, vacuum packed, flash  frozen, styro-boxed and ready for processing at our federally inspected plant, you can have your fish hot smoked, canned, lox style, filleted or chunked, your catch will be shipped to your door professionally packaged.

Determining Your Trip Cost

Trips to Grouse Nest Resort are priced by two factors: Package length and Group size.

Payment Policy

Package bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a $1,500 per person ($1,300 US), non-refundable deposit. Balance is due 90 days prior to departure. Prices are subject to change. US prices may fluctuate with changing exchange rate, ask our sales staff for up to date US rates. Required taxes and fees are not included in package prices.

For accommodations, weddings, corporate retreats and family reunions you must provide a 50% deposit to reserve the venue. The balance of your payment should be made 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable; however, with at least 90 days notice prior to departure, we will transfer deposits to a trip at a later date in the season or following year — pending availability. For cancellations within 90 days of departure, if your trip cannot be re-sold, 60% of your package price will be transferred to a trip at a later date in the season or following year—pending availability. Cancellation within 30 days of your departure date may result in a loss of full (100%) payment.

For Grouse Nest Accommodations, your deposit are non-refundable; however, with at least 90 days notice prior to your check-in that you must cancel your dates, we will refund your deposit. For cancellations within 90 days of your check in date, if the reservation is rebooked, we will refund your deposit less a 25% administration fee. Cancellation within 30 days of your check in will result in a loss of your deposit and payment. We recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance to protect yourself in this event.
