The Grouse Nest Resort is situated on 80 acres of prime waterfront just outside of Victoria BC
 A stunning 15,000 square foot European styled Lodge sits majestically above the sparking blue ocean guarded amongst the old growth fir and protected arbutus trees.
The Lodge is a mix of old world craftsmanship and a perfect hint of 1970's Las Vegas. In the world famous Columbus Room note the 22k gold and cathedral acoustic singing dome, perfect for large gatherings.
It's incredible stone and marble wood burning fireplace is surrounded by forty feet of bronze and plaster are the three carved classic Schooners the Nina, the Pinta and the Santa Maria as the old map in the entrances depicts the incredible journey of the rooms name sake "The Columbus Room and his life long journey"

 The 12 rooms at The Grouse Nest Resort are truly European in style as well, with full bathrooms, including bidets in every room and breathtaking views of the sea and the private grounds from every angle. The deluxe queen sized beds are decorated with fine white linens and goose down duvets. Although most rooms are private with only one queen bed there are two large rooms set up with two queen beds for families or for children.
 The Grouse Nest Resort is able to host intimate seaside weddings for group sizes from 30 to 300 with plenty of beautiful outside areas for white tents overlooking the ocean and the gorgeous west coast sunsets. The open floor plan allows you to dance, eat and socialize all on one level. Large rooms open up to the dance floor so no first dance, cake cutting, or toast will be missed. State of the art sound equipment and projection systems throughout the building can be supplied.
Due to the age, nature and location of this seaside historical property it has sustained 75 years of rugged west coast, ocean weather, and occasionally some mechanical situations, such as plumbing and electrical issues may arise during your stay that are beyond our control.
